When i was young, I don't think I ever considered how old I might live to be.  Now that I'm almost 74, I guess I could go at any time, but both my parents lived to be 93, so there's every reason to believe that I could live that long, or longer.

My baby sister will be 75 in December L. Our mom lived to be 95 and so did her mom and both of them had many more physical problems than we do...so far. We're looking at maybe reaching our triple digits and I think that is also true for you. So maybe you and me thee and I will have another 20 years or more chatting? Thank you for your reply and Happy Saturday! :)

I'm the big sister, so there are three younger ones to look after me in my dotage.  :)  Both my parents made it to 93 and they were not in the best of health, so I think there's a good possibility that we will make it another 20 years.  I don't know about triple digits, but we'll see.  Happy Saturday. :)

I'll be there before you will my friend. I'll letcha know what it feels like then. So we have a date for 19 years hence? Same place or somewhere else I don't know. But it's kinda nice to think we will still be somewhere touching base with each other. Thank you for your reply L! :)

Okey dokey! So we have a date then? Cool. The farthest ahead date I've ever made L! Won't it be a kick in the head if we can keep it? Thank you for your reply! :)

What a superduper response my friend! Thrilled for thee is me! Have a great day. Jim just left for a couple of hours to "hit a bucket of balls or two". He loves golf and tennis. The Fedcup golf match yesterday awarded $15 MILLION to the winner! Not joking. Biggest payout in history. Rory McElroy won. We like him so we're glad he won. Would have been nice if it had been an American but well we can't win everything! The US Open at Flushing Meadows started today which I don't have to tell you since you are a New Yorker. We are recording it so we can watch it together, It lasts for two weeks! OH boy!. Do you follow tennis by any chance? Anyway enjoy your  day bigly L! Thanks for sharing! :) ((hugs)) This post was edited by RosieG at August 26, 2019 1:59 PM MDT

I'm glad you like McElroy.  No, I'm neither a tennis nor golf fan.  I catch the goings-on in the news or the newspaper, so I have some idea of what's happening.  I live near the tennis stadium and the best thing about the Open is that all flights in and out of LaGuardia stop going over my building when they play!  It's so peaceful. :)
