By showing us every day in every way 24/7 how very small he is, how insecure, how greedy, how needy, how evil how craven how souless how heartless he is.
He'd be better of doing/saying nothing and keep us guessing. But he can't do that. He won't leave the stage till Someone gets the HOOK and drags him off like they did in Vaudeville Days when an act was bombing and too arrogantly obtuse to realize it.
