A horzontal Yo-Yo is a push me pull me toy. Flip from up and down to forward and backtrack. In both instances nothing is gained. Why bother?

Each no cancels out each yes.  After much time you are where you always were. Making noise is not the same thing as making progress. I guess the concept takes a genius to understand. Which is why the Yo-Yo ups and downs and the push me pull me goes forward and backtracks.  We got no genius here.
