Don't know if he has already done this but what's to prevent him from deploying the military to everywhere he owns a property and stationing them there forever or until his a** is booted out of office along with the rest of him?
He got away with it once without any punishment for exceeding his authority or going against laws and rules and regs about how the military can be "used".
