So what thoughs are nutritious? How about tackling it from the other end? What thoughts are not "nutritious"?
HATE is an emotion that manifest itself into negative thinking. A brain filled with hateful ideas will surely not be as healthy as one filled with positive lofty inspiring ideas.
So you choose. A damaged sickly brain that dwells on hate or a healthy strong positive brain that focuses on the opposite of hate. Which could be like or love or acceptance or enjoyment.
