Why is having the limitless endless support/approval of a US president so valuable to the monstrous world despot dictators?

Of what value is it to anyone anywhere that a well-known fascist racist supports them unequivocally irrefutable and absolutely? I don't get it.

It's like having the approval of the Mad Magazine freckle-faced WHO ME guy. Laughable but valuable? Why?
