That was on a teenager's T-shirt and she was sent home because of it. Would YOU have sent her home? What about FREE SPEECH? Not applicable here? Why? Would a MAGA kid be sent home?
I'm guessing the school(?) has a policy against "disruptive" clothing. Probably a "zero tolerance" policy as well, which is another topic.
So yes, if the school had such a policy they would send home ANY student wearing clothing with a political statement. As courts have ruled for decades ... people have no Constitutional Rights on school campuses. If people want their kids to have Constitutional Rights while receiving an education - they have to home school.

Depends on the school policy. Some have uniforms. Some have no graphic (picts/words) at all. Some no controversial topics. Etc. As long as it is enforced across the board....it is fair.
