He wants to return to the days of incandescent lights and give up the more efficient bulbs we have been using for year to SAVE on the need fo electricity.
So y'all are ya gonna throw away all those bulbs and purchase in bulk INCANDESCENT lights that will burn up electricity at a faster pace?
