Usually neighborhoods are segregated by financial status. No matter your color you can live where you wish if ya got a stash of cash. Yep?

The richer you are the less your color matters.  Better than plastic surgery since when can you surgically remove ALL your skin and replace ot with another color so you can "pass"?

Now of course burn victims are a different category entirely.
