    The federal government (Congress) needs to get its act together, regarding marijuana.
    THEY (Congress) have authority over Washington DC.  Where marijuana has been legalized.
    Yet they refuse to legalize it at the federal level.

    EXCELLENT observation Walt. I'm not a smoker but even I know that is RIDICULOUS! You have folks who murdered people with the same sentence. Life in prison without parole! I mean in what universe does that make any sense at all? Thank you for your reply. I wonder too. I wonder if the folks who have the power to do something about it give a rat's a**? Betcha they don't! :(
