There is something called the European Reassurance Initiative which is basically funding countries to fight against the aggression of Russia. Funds from the ERI are among those being pulled to build the Donald's ego wall.
Russia was SUSPENDED from the G8 for its bad action in Crimea. The Donald is actively fighting to get Russia reinstated.
The Obama administration increased SANCTIONS and Congress has assisted in getting more sanction approved BUT the Donald is holding up the implementation of some of them while actively working to get rid of all of them
Millions of dollars of funds earmarked and approved to help UKRAINE fight off Russian aggression is being "held up for review" by the Donald. If they are not released by September 30 the funds go away. The military allegedly reviewed that specific situation and said the funds were fine and should be released. As usual the Donald is doing what he wants to do regardless of anyone. He is ALLEGEDLY refusing to release the funds until and unless Ukraine begins an investigation of Joe Biden! SAY WHAT? Yep. ALLEGEDLY.
