What other bugment/gubment in what universe would SUE citizens for wanting to do BETTER than standards required? For wanting to aim HIGHER?

The Donald is obsessed with bringing everything/everyone down to his level because he can only live and breathe way down in the scum and slime. He cannot exist in the rarified environment of CLEAN AIR, CLEAN WATER, CLEAN FOOD grown from pesticde-free land.

So he brings down tears down shoots down grinds down because he can't live "up there". He wants all of us to die down here where he thrives.
