Because he/she IS AN INFANT and doesn't know any better. Maya Angelou said "when we know better we do better". I think she never met the chump. He will never know better because he is unteachable untrainable uninterested and unaware that there are others things/people in life MORE IMPORTANT THAN HIM.
How d'ya like having an infant president who will stop progressing once he reaches toddlerhood. He ain't there yet. Wait for it! :)
