He doesn't stop his evildoings. The only way to overcome him and win is to TALK ABOUT EVERY CORRUPT CRIMINAL. EVIL THING HE DOES AND SAYS EVERY SINGLE DAY! OUT HIM RIDICULE HIM CHASTIZE HIM ATTACK HIM. BUT FOR GOD's DON'T STOP CARING AND IGNORE HIM.
