My religious background began in the Armenian Apostolic Church. We made the Sign of the Cross in church. Is that what you do too?

After awhile we attended the local Presbyterian Church.

I also find myself doing it outside of church sometimes. I guess it takes me back to my childhood when my parents were alive and I felt very safe.

I'm at home and I just did it because maybe it's my comfort blanket? I just wonder if any of you ever do that too outside of your church?
