That's chump in a NUTSHELL. He is completely ignorant about everything all the time. AND YET every edecision he makes is the worst possible one he could make. Now is that by accident? Was he blessed with this ability and that's why he got elected prez? I dunno. Seems that the odds would make it so once in awhile he would do/say something good valuable logical reasonable sensbile TRUTHFUL. But no. Weird.
