    To what end? For what purpose? An ego wall with CHUMP engraved on every inch of it? A monument to the steadfast jacka** like the wall commemorating a war? In the end maybe he is desperate to get it built because that will be the only thing he ever accomplished he can BRAND? I dunno. The $1.5 trillion couldda been used for infrastructure repair.
