My favorite profession....teaching. So my favorite professionals are TEACHERS.
Now they show their students (the best best among them) how to think critically. Notice I did not say WHAT to think because those are the very worst kind. The best teachers are those who show us HOW to think.
They have the satisfaction of making a difference in the lives of their students and the students have the great good fortune of learning how to verify investigate research analyze and when they're done they have a basis to conclude. You cannot beat having a great system for maximizing people's ABILITY to comprehend understand and reach logical conclusions.
Anyone disagree? Why?
