I would be much more impressed if they were neighbors who were technologically savvy, repair men or women and could do things I need done to trade massages for.
At the moment Jim and I are bigly fans of Kelly Clarkson, Duane Johnson (THE ROCK), Michelle Obama, Melissa McCarthy. Some folks have personalities that just pull you in. Gene Wilder for instance. Or Dick van Dyke. Robin Williams. So many. Too many to list. It would not be a matter of being "impressed". I don't think Paula Dean was prejudiced AT ALL. She was unfairly portrayed. She was not a jerk. I don't believe it. I saw her on TV with black people and if she is faking her behavior, she is WORSE than TRUMP. I don't think she is a sociopath. I think she got a raw deal from disgruntled employees who were out to get revenge.
I may be wrong, but I think there were a LOT of jealous people out there who saw her get FILTHY RICH and did not like it one bit. She worked her hind-end off for all she had and I admire her. UNLESS I AM WRONG AND SHE IS A BIGOT. I won't forgive that kind of thinking.
