No matter how lavish and grand and impressive what you build what matters most is materials and location. Example?

SANDCASTLES.

Built too near the ocean they will disappear eventually when the tide turns and the tide ALWAYS turns.

You cannot build them out of dry sand.

Yet the paths of life are littered with the remains of figurative sandcastles. Shoddy materials shoddy ingredients terrible location.

Impressive and grand that doesn't stand isn't anything.
