Intrinsic VALUE and imputed VALUE. Water has intrinsic value. We would die without it. Gold has no intrinsic value. How do you impute value?

Money is just colored paper but because we say it is of value we use it as a medium of exchange for goods and services. On its own all alone is it worthless.

Many things in life are exactly that. Worthless absent whatever value we impute to it.

Are you more focused on things with intrinsic value or things with imputed value? Why?
