Nothing is ever their fault. It is always someone else or something else that is the cause. NEVER THEM

Etcetera etcetera etcetera etcetera.

They begin very young with these justifications rationalizations explanations and they can get very good at them. The variety is limited of course so they just keep repeating repeating repeating repeating repeating repeating. The only change comes in the loudness of the WHINE. Otherwise what you hear today you heard 3 years ago you will forever hear again and again and again and again and again and again futurely. Repeating repeating repeating repeating repeating. LOUDER AND LOUDER AND LOUDER AND LOUDER AND LOUDER....

Believe or not there are endless buyers who buy it. Repeatedly repeatedly repeatedly repeatedly repeatedly. Give the public what it wants repeatedly and you will succeed repeatedly. Secret to their success? If I told you it wouldn't be a secret would it?

I don't blame others unless it truly was their fault.  I have no problem owning up to my mistakes and apologizing, if necessary.  Happy Thursday. :)

Me too neither L. I have heard some doozies including all of those I listed at one time or another in grammar school, junior high or high school. No one made excuses in junior collegel. No one cared if you showed up or not or did homework or not. You were on your own and you lived or died grade-wise by your decisions. Thank you for your reply L and Happy Thursday! :)

Well, I guess by the time you get to college, it's presumed that you no longer need to have your hand held because you know what your responsibilities are. :)

NO excuses. I either did my work or I did not.

I did have a cat that really did "eat" my homework.  I knew how that was gonna sound so I brought it in and showed the teacher. It had was all crinkled with cat slobber and small little pointed holes in it. The teacher gave me a day to make it up.
