I don't know what kind of person Putin is. If he is evil smart or just evil dumb. The key to play chump is to lavishly kiss his a**. Everyone knows that. Everyone does that who wants to manipulate him and have their way with him. Because the steadfast jacka** is exceedling obtuse he has no clue what a clown he is to those who don't adore him.
