In a badly misguided move to make things better releasing truth is the only thing that could have effected this monumental change in our fate.
The "powers that be" believed releasing the truth would set them free. Cleanse them of dirt. Sanitize them. Sanctify them. Vindicate them. Predictably it has worked oppositely. Those who did not want truth revealed were right. It did not help it hurt so bigly that there is no turning back from it. No spin. No misdirection. No way to stop this avalanche from heading downhill at accelerating speed.
Bad miscalculation. No do-over. You cannot unring a bell. The sound reverberates no matter what you do.
