Sriracha is okay to me but I only really use it as a glaze for things chicken wings. It's too thick and garlicky to me for use as a regular hot sauce. Like on eggs or Mac salad? Its horrible. I do like it though.
It makes everything better and there's a type for every dish. Not all is vinegar based either. But eggs with a healthy does of Louisiana style.hot sauce? Come on now.
