Ukraine is desperate for weapons to fight RUSSIANS who want to take more of their country
The chump is/was withholding Congressionally approved aid to Ukraine for his own personal corrupt reasons

So what's next? Why doesn't Putin take the rest of Ukraine and order chump to cut off all aid?
This is a weird dance they are doing. We KNOW Putin owns the steadfast jacka**. We KNOW Putin's goal is to put back together what Russia once was and that includes invading lands and just taking them back. He knows the US will do nothing because he owns the puppetboy...every ounce of him.
So how long is this charade going to last? The chump exists to do Putin's bidding and anything that gets in the way of that will be destroyed.
