You know dam* well WHY? To throw dirt on those he fears will outperform him. He is desperately TERRIFIED that he doesn't have the right stuff to win anything so he is begging the world's leaders to help him by "digging up" (faking manufacturing) DIRT that he can use against his "enemies"(those folks he knows are better than him and will win in a fair election). Sheesh. What a weak sister.
