In the heat of battle when things are most bloody it takes GRACE to reach out to the enemy and offer a kind word. Where does it come from?

This is based on a comment one Answermug friend said to another Answermug friend about an issue they are on extreme opposite sides of absolutely! I was touched by the grace of both of them.
