Excluding any political references are you a law and order person? Do you believe you should honor them, follow them?

If you break or ignore a law do you believe you are due punishment for having done so?

Should the punishment fit the crime? If you are caught smoking where there is a NO SMOKING sign how bad a break of rule is that?

What if you are caught stealing something belonging to someone else? Bigger punishment than smoking in front of a NO SMOKING sign.

What if you inadvertendly kill someone. Bigger punishment even without intent to commit or premeditation?

What if you murder someone directly or because you betrayed him/her caused the murderer to successfully murder? Then you are an accessory. What should a murder accessory be charged with besides being an accessory. Is engaging in and facilitating and enabling as bad as the original planning/execution?

Who decides if it matters at all? Should you walk if you get a real good lawyer and a sympathetic judge?

This law and order and justice thing used to be so simple. Now it isn't black and white its yucky shades of dirty filthy cheesy sneaky ugly white or shades of gray.
