I expect if you're a crook and corrupt you would never knowingly hire a leaker/whistleblower. If you're honest you would right?
That would mean if the leaker or whistleblower saw something wrong going on within your company about which you knew nothing he/she would inform you of it. Wouldn't you rather know that trusted employees are screwing you or lying to you? Why?
