That's the absurdity occurring in California vis a vis emissions control on cars. Our guvnor made a deal with 4 authomakers to hit a California goal BETTER THAN the requirements. The result of that will be CLEANER AIR. LESS CRAPPED UP. The trump wants the bar way lower for everyone and will not allow California to do better.
