I cannot imagine how I'd face life if I thought death were the end of everything. It's how I cope with loss and get through it. A strong belief(hope/wish) of being reunited with loved ones. I visualize that in my mind and it brings me peace. Some say religion is a crutch. I don't know. I know too much booze and drugs and promiscuous sex are for sure crutches. So is lying and betraying and cheating. But if this is all there is then what was the point?
