Whenever the sh** hits the fan the prodon spokesmouths say "HE WAS JUST JOKING".

Now how do you prove that trump never jokes because he has no sense of humor whatsoever?

How do you prove a negative?

So that's the common standard typical off-the-shelf SINGULAR save. "HE WAS JUST JOKING". Clever or desperate?
