They have no confidence whatsoever and so all they can ever be are WANNABES. Always trying to "prove" how manly they are how "macho" they are how "male" they are. Comedians often try that schtick but Rodney Dangerfield was the most honest about it. "I DON'T GET NO RESPECT".
The more they try the less they achieve their heart's desire. Being respected. You don't bully your way to respect or lie your way or threaten your way to achieve it. Or intimidate or strongarm either. Those are always signs of a LOSER.
Most guys out there know what I mean and most gals do too. Those who ARE that will never get it nor will those who support them and think they walk on water. No one specific is being named here. Of course if YOU think the shoe fits someone specific that's terrific and a horse of a different color!
