When he told Bill Taylor that the president said there IS NO QUID PRO QUO Sondland had no way of knowing if the the president was telling him the truth or not. He took what the president said at his word and simply relayed it to Taylor. The words used CAME FROM THE PRESIDENT.
Now of course the text messages between Sondland and Taylor are available for anyone to read. There was a five=hour delay between Taylor saying it was CRAZY to base foreign aid on getting dirt on a political opponent..a quid pro quo of the worst kind. When Sondland replies FIVE HOURS LATER he says the president says there is no quid pro quo. Sondland also says they should stop texting. Duh. I wonder why he would say that? Could it be that the texting is digging the hole they are already in DEEPER?
So we know trump told Sondland not to testify. Sondland received a subpoena and so he will ignore the prez completely and obey the law not the candyman, Clearly Sondland realizes the jeopardy he is in and is ALREADY trying to set the record straight before any oath is even administered. This is what you get from a guy who pays you a million bucks to get a cushy job. You can't trust 'em.
So when Sondland testifies UNDER OATH it will be the truth the whole truth and nothing but the trust so help his God if he has one. Also more and more of these knowledgeable folks will be getting subpoenas and following the law and ignoring the man who demands everyone protect him by any means possible. It's gonna get real good.
