Because the REAL gubment of the trump is a shadow gubment out of sight behind closed doors in the dead of night working worldwide in the dirt and muck and scum. What we see and hear is for entertainment purposes only and not to be taken seriously. The rudyg world travels unbeknownst to us to dig up dirt on competitors whom trump FEARS and making ILLEGAL deals is the real deal. We are finding out about it because what the trump didn't count on was that patriotic American citizens who put country and Constitution first are defying him. They are following the rule of law and when they receive SUBPOENAS they will continue to appear and testify TRUTHFULLY UNDER OATH. He did not count on that.
