I think gubment should stick to GOVERNING and churches should stick to PROMULGATING THE WORD OF GOD! PERIOD. No muddying the waters. No mixing in things that DO NOT BELONG IN CHURCH. No mongrelizing or basta**izing things. No infecting or polluting.
I know we are ONE NATION UNDER GOD....well at least that's what we advertise. But the devil is always in the details and those who bring up God as a political tool/weapon are the least religious in my opinion. They USE GOD and bring HIM out when it is convenient and expedient. Do they follow the commandments? NO. Corrupt hypocrites use GOD as a schtick and tons of equally corrupt peeps buy into it. SHEESH!
