A tornado and heavy rains have devastated Dallas. Thousands are without power. So far no fatalities have been reported. Now since the FEMA budget was gutted to be used for other purposes like a wall is there any money left therein to aid the stricken in Dallas? Real tragedy demands real assistance. Have we pissed it away on manufactured "tragedies" so there is nothing left to help REAL victims of REAL devastation? I guess we're gonna find out.
