Couple an enfant terrible with a bull in a China shop and imagine the destruction that will be effected by the resultant "child"?

When they "make whoopee" what they get is the worst of each. There is no best. Besides the tumbleweed what other leaders have the same "parents"?

    He is telling us that the Kurds didn't show up for NORMANDY.  They were not there.

    What can you say.  No five year old is familiar with Normandy, so he is showing his genius again.

    Underlying both is his propensity for evil.
