He has lived there all his life and is very successful. I would say he made it there.
People are rude in many places. NYC has a long reputation for rudeness. (I have never been there...it could be fake news)
I have been to FL most I ran into were nice. I find that the further south you go the nicer people get and the spicer the food gets. Any way I imagine FL will do things to encourage business expansion in their state.
How times did he declare BANKRUPTCY living there? SIX? Daddy dearest bailed him out. It got so bad that the only bank that would float him a loan was DEUTSCHE BANK. No other bank trusted him to pay his bills because he is a well-known CHEAPSKATE DEADBEAT who stiffs those he owes then and now. You can paint that swine with lipstick as thick as you can it won't change a thing. You see great achievement and success? I see a punch line a joke something to be ridiculed by New Yorkers. Contemptible looked down upon and only adored by folks like you m2c. It is what you do and all you know. Talk to Spunky. SHE IS A NEW YORKER. I trust you are not. Different strokes m'dear. You filter all that is true through the political partisan skew. That's what you do. This is a case in point. New Yorkers are very happy to see him go to anywhere else but there. THEY KNOW HIM. You do not. Plain and simple. End of story.
