It always takes so much longer to BUILD/CREATE than it does to destroy. What if it were the other way around?

Building/creating would occur instanteously or as a fast a a wrecking ball can destroy a structure.

Destroying on the other hand would take many many many generations.

The builders/creators would always have a job. The  destroyers might well die out from frustration that their only purpose in life would be to string it out lengthen it out stretch it out delay it?

I know that realistically practically due to limitations of physics et al that could not occur.

But WHAT IF?
