I think all public speakers should take articulation elocution voice lessons. Make the voice something pleasant to hear. Why don't they?

As it is a herky jerky staccato presentation seems odd. Nothing smooth or eloquent or elegant of rounded.

Sharp edges. Sharp comments. Not sharp intellectually. Sharp vocally. Almost hurts the ears as it slices through the air saying words that said by others are less painful to hear.
