Children don't ask to be born. They have no say in anything. They are in complete control of their parents. How do we make better parents/parents better?

The human being is arguably the dumbest species yet the smartest on the planet ,Just look in some of the worst parts of our society and the people still have babies brought into the world knowing they will live in poverty.

  They will blame everyone else but not themselves .
