Some are fated to be born to wealth or earn great wealth. Some are fated not to. One's lot in life I always thought. Is there a FIX?

A few years ago, the tax law changed so that there was an additional .9% Medicare tax on earnings over $200,000/year.
I thought ... and still do ... that is ridiculous.
What they should have done, was remove the earnings cap on Social Security tax.
That would have resulted in maintaining the 6.2% tax on earnings above $132,900/year.

As I've stated before, I would favor a flat income tax - with the money strictly reserved for limited federal programs.

I do not favor a "wealth" tax, based on possessions, due to the difficulty of determining the worth of property.
Cash and equivalents (gold, silver, diamonds, etc) are simple - but what about land or buildings?
If nobody is buying them - how do you know what the actual "market value" is?

Because I have spent a long time studying different religions, like their origin and why they started and what age, etc. etc etc; I have evidence that reincarnation is an actuality.  OF COURSE I may be wrong, because I have no means to prove it to you, but I do have enough evidence through my study of religion, and psychics and books that incarnation is no less weird than reincarnation.  I mean we are HERE and we are worried that something is TOO OUT THERE TO CONSIDER?   I have seen too much evidence of live after death and what the discarnate souls communicate to disbelieve their messages.   Mostly that we choose to come back and we can choose the time and place and people to come back with.  Now if you are an evil-doer?  You may not have as many choices on how to come back as a more evolved soul.  You may come back as DONALD TRUMP.  This may be someone like a despot of old come back to the earth to plague us once more and force us to grow as a nation or DIE.  He is the devil, but if we truly stick to good and  righteousness, the light will prevail.  OR?  WE may have a thousand more years of darkness.  Trump could cause this.  And night is getting near.  God is patient.  He is beyond time and worry.  We are not.  

So my answer to you may sound like I am evading your question.  I am not. It is just that in light of the fact that we are reborn, we have access to QUID PRO QUO if you are not that evolved. So, one can choose spiritual advancement and it may be at the price of worldly goods in order to ensure success.  OR it may be spiritual advancement and all the trimmings.  Because to GOD worldly goods are tinsel and trash.  He doesn't care.  You can have it.  But do you want it?  You could turn into a very powerful human being who cannot handle that power LIKE TRUMP.  So, be careful what you ask God for, you just might get it.  Be humble when you ask God for anything and ask that you be allowed to serve mankind honorably and you cannot go wrong in God's eyes.  Trump went WAAAAY WRONG.
