Some take every opportunity to make points at someone else's expense while others never do anything at someone else's expense if they can possibly avoid doing so.

Nasty nice? I dunno. Beats me. Whether I encounter it personally or observe it from afar I always wonder why that is the road/path they chose and not another one? It happens. Everyone says so. That I can tell you.
