I read the explanation of the possible 5th force of nature and I don't understand it. Anyone out there who does who can simplify it?

Currently the four forces of nature are

Gravity
Electromagnetism
The strong nuclear force
The weak nuclear force


Does the possible fifth have anything to do with Dark Matter which is described as the substance that holds the universe together?
