It seems to me that those who try very hard to succeed at anything perhaps are not suited for it.
The joy of experiencing sharing interacting should not be scripted or limited or confined to other people's views of you.
Share whom you are as you are. PERIOD. Some will not like you. Some will be indifferent. Some will be drawn to you. None of that matters. What matters is that you must be true to you and everything else will follow after that.
Some try to pretzelize themselves to satisfy others and in the end what are they but a compendium of other people's thoughts values prejudices and also limitations? Of what value could that possibly be to the self?.
