Are those who are very curious about everything and ask a buncha questions dumber than those who aren't and don't?

Because the incurious unquestioning already know everything and so why question when you know the answer?

Is that why folks remain silent so they don't tip their hands and others will think that silence connotes a HIGH IQ?

I dunno. That's why I ask. Even when I do know I ask because I wanna know what others think. So shoot me.
