I do not understand what endure sacrifice is supposed to mean. Every business leader trades biggest amount of their personal time and family life and time for fun and happiness and relaxation and even health to gain success in business, but is that sacrifice? I think it is the price to pay. But I know from my life that running a business can be the biggest sacrifice and it will demand more time and money and stress and humility from you than anything else will and yes that includes being a parent.
I doubt anyone could predict such a thing. I have seen those I did not expect to do so handle such situations admirably and those I did handle things badly. Unless and until someone is in such a situation, no one knows how they will react.
