Are those who are curious curious for being curious? Would their lives be better if they were incurious? Are the curious greater threats?

Docile incurious unquestioning obedient non-threatening accepting. Ideal constituents for politicians. Ideal children? Ideal employees? Ideal citizens? Clay that can be shaped/molded easily. Once fired in the kiln the only way to reshape them is to break them.
